As we get started into 2026, things have started out pretty good. Lots of water and a good number of winter steelhead have entered most of our coastal river systems in decent to good numbers already. Which, compared to the last few years, is a GREAT start to our season. So far, these fish look healthy and are extremely spunky. Let’s hope things continue in that direction. I look forward to a great season on the water. Wishing all of you a Happy New Year! Let’s go fishing!

2025 Season Coming Up Soon
As we are preparing for Christmas with family and friends, winter steelhead season fast approaches. We have been getting pounded with storms off and on for the last month or so, prompting the first influx of winter steelhead to enter our river systems. It is shaping up to be a good year so far. Let’s hope the trend continues. I am looking forward to some chrome hitting the net January through March and I look forward to spending time on the water with all of you as well. If you are interested in catching some of these silver bullets, feel free to contact me and I will be sure to get you set up and dialed in. Thanks, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

May 8, 2022 Well it’s almost time for me to head East for some fishing. Although we didn’t have much rain January-March, the recent storms that have included both rain and snow have helped matters tremendously. We are not out of the woods yet, nor will we be but we are definitely better off than…
